Would you be interested in a new book festival?

I have been applying for places at book signings whenever I see them come up and I've noticed that they are predominantly north of the M25. Now, I love travelling but I've been thinking that maybe a book signing event further south would be well received who prefer a little less travelling.

A New book festival in the south

My Thoughts so far:

 📚 Location: Hampshire, Surrey or Berkshire
❤️ 100-150 Authors/ Vendors
📚 To be held in 2028
❤️ I'm thinking spring?
📚 500-1000 tickets to be available
❤️ Mostly romance authors with other genres
📚 Lots of fun giveaways and interactive FB posts in the year leading up to it to get everyone excited
❤️ A ball in the evening for everyone to let loose and have fun (maybe)
📚 Talks and readings from attending Authors
❤️ Fundraising for a named charity
📚 Influencer takeovers (to host interviews on stage or have their own space for content with readers and authors)
