I waited (not so patiently .... it killed me to wait for her book) for Ruby's book. In this we find out about Ruby the leader of the Tantos and I just loved her more. She's hired to be the bodyguard of Kens daughter who is running for mayor. Ken a single dad,is very protective of Dana, his only daughter. Dana adores Ruby, she's an amazingly strong fmc, who shows just how powerful you can be no matter your size. Ken himself finds himself also falling for her. In this book you will find everything you need, romance, kidnapping, violence, a woman who knows her stuff and how to get stuff done plus other surprises ...while watching one woman show a young girl how to become a force not to be messed with. It's just an absolutely amazing read. I read it 3 times just because I was besotted with it.

I couldn't put this book down! It's the third book in a four part series (standalone but I have read the first two) and I was unsure going into it.... I really shouldn't have been!! I love a strong, independent FMC and Ruby is everything and more - fierce, loyal, badass... Truly my favourite kind of FMC. My uncertainty was with the MMC, knowing he wasn't going to be like the other MMCs in mafia books. But, Ken was a delight. He's strong, loyal, kind and his relationship with his daughter had me feeling all the feels. I was unsure how I'd feel about the dynamic, but he's perfect and the chemistry was unreal.
This series is more than mindless mafia murdering and smut. I have loved the level of detail and attention that has gone into building the characters into people you can fall in love with. I love that the storylines from books one and two intertwine into this book too. It's enough to keep you up to date with what's going on in your favourite characters lives, without taking away from the new main characters and their plot. The storylines are exciting and keep you on the edge of your seat. I cannot wait for the fourth installment!

After reading Hannah’s book- Their starlight (book 1 in this interconnected standalone series) and enjoying it as much as I did, I had high expectations for this one! I was not disappointed!
I loved watching Harvey and Annika’s story unfold. I adored Annika and her ice queen facade and it was lovely to see her grow and open up throughout this book!
This book was dark, brutal but so beautiful.
It’s a heavy hitter for sure and there were some tough themes so check your trigger warnings but even those matters were well written and not added just for shock factor!
If you love dark mafia romance that will have you feeling all the emotions, look no further!
I recommend reading Their starlight first because although these are standalones you do re-meet characters from the first book in the second and it brings the story together.
Hannah is now an auto buy and read author for me! I love her work ❤️

100% This is the best Mafia Romance I've come across lately. I truly enjoyed all aspects of this story. The character development for both MC’s was on point. I love a strong bada$$ FMC. She is the grump and he is the sunshine, which is a fun take! The side characters well supported the story, and I grew to love them as much as the MC’s.
The storyline was active and suspenseful. It kept me turning page after page. Found Family is one of my favorite tropes, and this really hit for me. The spicey scenes were fire! I loved the Dom/Sub vibes. All in all, I only have great things to say about this one, friends!

This book has a perfect mix of fun and feeling. Elle is such a great FMC - she's strong, sassy, sexually confident and her open, compassionate heart is a perfect counterpart to the well of secrets that the men have to keep up.
I loved all three of the guys. Brent is tough and brooding and devotes everything to his cousin, but has the biggest soft spot for Elle. Lance is charming and clever and is the one who will be the fastest to go head to toe with vivacious Elle. Hayden is my weak spot though. A funny, sweet, sexy as hell bisexual man who is Elle's biggest supporter. I don't want to spoil anything but the M/M romance in this harem is both hot and so emotionally layered.
I can't wait to read more in this series!!"
